Mr. Sinare Zaharan is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and a Partner at Rex with experience in all aspects of litigation and dispute resolution, in particular; commercial disputes, labour disputes, insurance law, property disputes and disputes relating to banking and financial services. Also, he has experience of regulatory matters in mining and telecommunication sectors. In this regard, he advises and assists clients to develop legal compliance registers and conducts legal compliance audits as compliant tools.

For the period of October, 2004 to June, 2006, Mr. Sinare worked as a Tutorial Assistant on part time basis with the Tumaini University Dar es Salaam College.

Mr. Sinare has prepared a number of legal compliance registers, carried out compliance audit and prepared legal compliance reports for several companies in the mining sector.

Mr. Sinare is a member of Tanganyika Law Society (“TLS”) and East Africa Law Society (“EALS”).
