On 15th March 2025, our Partner, Ms. Nancy Tarimo, and Associate, Ms. Aziza Mmbaga, had the opportunity to attend the Accelerate Women’s Executive Summit held at Johari Rotana.
Ms. Chinwee Esimai, a keynote speaker, delivered an inspiring speech in which she shared valuable insights into her career achievements and discussed how she has navigated and overcome challenges commonly faced by women in the corporate world. She also led a leadership workshop titled “Brilliance Beyond Borders: Unlocking Your Genius for Unstoppable Impact,” emphasizing the importance of women recognizing their unique strengths, acknowledging their limitations, and taking proactive steps to overcome obstacles.
Another guest speaker, Ms. Charlene Ruto, First Daughter of Kenya, highlighted the resilience of women and their significant impact on the community. She emphasized that an #UnstoppableWoman is already in motion and urged women to keep progressing, growing, taking bold steps, and striving toward their goals.
Overall, the event was highly engaging and inspiring, serving as a remarkable celebration of International Women’s Month. It aligned perfectly with the 2025 IWD theme, #Accelerate Action toward gender growth and equality.
