The Business Registrations and Licensing Agency (BRELA) has set 15th April 2025, as the deadline for all companies to submit their Beneficial Ownership (BO) information. Failure to comply will result in the company being restricted when performing the following transactions, filing of annual returns, updating company particulars, registering charges, requesting custom searches, and requesting ORS account access rights.
