I had the opportunity to accompany Justice (Retd.) Dr Fauz Twaib, the President of East Africa Law Society (Official) and a Senior Partner at Rex Advocates to the University of Dar es Salaam School of Law Career Day, where he was a guest speaker on June 25th, 2024. The President’s inspiring speech and the engaging panel discussion, moderated by Nicksoni Filbert(Dr. Jur) with notable speakers like Benedict Ishabakaki, made the event truly memorable. One of my proudest moments was witnessing the ongoing success of the yearbook project that I initiated at the school. When I introduced the idea and led the team to publish the first edition, it was a challenging endeavor. However, the dedication and hard work of our team paid off, and it’s incredibly gratifying to see the yearbook thriving today. As an alumnus, it fills me with pride to see this initiative continuing to grow and inspire new generations of students. This experience underscores the importance of perseverance and teamwork in bringing ambitious projects to life.
